HelpBro terms

These terms govern a merchant’s use of HelpBro and supplement BroFam’s shared policies. Installing or using HelpBro confirms authority to act for the merchant and acceptance of these terms.

Development preview

HelpBro Lite is currently a Development preview. Features, limits, integrations, AI models, and availability may change before Production. Development use does not create a paid subscription unless a merchant separately approves one through the supported billing flow.

Service

HelpBro provides merchant-configured customer-service conversations, approved store-context retrieval, summaries, cases, staff access, and human takeover. HelpBro does not guarantee that an AI response, data source, provider, or human agent will always be available, and it does not promise a specific customer outcome or response time.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their store data, policies, support content, staff invitations, permissions, customer notices, retention choices, and enabled integrations. Merchants must review configured AI behavior and test customer-facing experiences before activation.

Safe use

Users must not attempt cross-merchant access, disclose credentials, bypass verification or abuse controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, use staff invitations for unsolicited messaging, or instruct HelpBro to take actions outside approved merchant policies. BroFam may restrict a capability to protect customers, merchants, Shopify, providers, or the service.

AI and third-party services

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Merchant-specific facts should come from approved tools and sources, and consequential actions require an enabled tool and applicable verification. Shopify and other connected providers remain governed by their own terms and availability.

Availability, suspension, and changes

BroFam works to operate HelpBro reliably but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes receive a new version and effective date.
