InfiniteBro terms

InfiniteBro is provided by BroFam LLC. These app-specific terms describe its browsing features and merchant responsibilities.

Service and compatibility

InfiniteBro adds automatic loading, Pause and Resume, Load more, and Back to top controls to supported collection and search result layouts. It preserves filters, sorting, search context, and variant or color identity. It operates independently of other BroFam apps.

Custom themes, third-party result replacements, or changes to cards and pagination may require additional checks. InfiniteBro preserves ordinary page links when it cannot safely recognize a layout or load another page. Compatibility with every theme, uninterrupted storefront availability, or particular sales results is not guaranteed.

Setting up your theme

You control embed activation and theme publication. Preview changes and test collection and search pages on desktop, mobile, and keyboard before publishing. Keep a theme backup. Use one result-loading mechanism per page; disable another theme or app's automatic loading through its documented controls where needed. You remain responsible for store content and third-party integrations.

Core plan

Core includes all current features at US$3.99 per month or US$39.90 per year, with a seven-day trial. Shopify App Pricing hosts plan selection and approval. Eligible Development stores can test for free; Shopify shows the applicable price before approval.

Recurring charges follow the billing interval and trial shown when you approve your plan in Shopify. Applicable taxes may appear on your Shopify invoice. Use Manage plan in InfiniteBro to view Shopify's plan-management page.

Turning off the theme embed does not cancel your subscription. To stop future Shopify billing cycles, uninstall InfiniteBro from Settings > Apps in Shopify Admin. A charge already generated may still appear on your next invoice. See Shopify's app billing guidance.

For a charge dispute, refund request or cancellation question, contact support@helpbro.app with the charge date, amount and shop domain. A request does not automatically create a refund or prorated credit. Do not include payment details or account credentials.

Acceptable use

Use InfiniteBro only for stores you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with another merchant or service. Protect your Shopify account and keep credentials out of support messages.

Disabling the embed restores ordinary pagination on subsequent page loads; an already open tab has its own lifecycle. Uninstall removes the app extension through Shopify. Review InfiniteBro privacy for information handling, including separate support records.

Changes

These Version 1.0 terms take effect October 13, 2026. Material changes will carry a new version and effective date.
