AdsBro terms

These terms govern a merchant’s use of AdsBro and supplement BroFam’s shared policies. Installing or using AdsBro confirms authority to act for the Shopify merchant and acceptance of these terms.

Service

AdsBro audits and optionally publishes structured product data, transforms product data into destination-specific feeds, observes consent-eligible Shopify commerce events, and provides conversion and feed diagnostics. AdsBro does not create campaigns, manage bids, promise advertising placement, or guarantee sales, rankings, eligibility, or destination acceptance.

Merchant and provider responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the truth and legality of product data, prices, availability, identifiers, shipping and return settings; theme and privacy configuration; advertising accounts; destination policies; and review of exclusions, conflicts, discrepancies, and failed operations. AdsBro does not fabricate identifiers, prices, availability, ratings, or reviews.

Capabilities differ by provider and account. A saved credential means connected, not verified. Live delivery is available only after AdsBro observes a successful supported operation. Beta, restricted, manual, feed-based, or unavailable capabilities are identified as such and may require separate provider approval.

Plans and billing

Plan names, limits, and prices shown before approval govern the subscription. When paid plans launch, approval, billing, plan changes, and cancellation will use Shopify App Pricing. AdsBro may enforce reasonable technical limits independently of billing to protect tenant isolation, availability, and cost. No production charge is active merely because a Development or test plan exists.

Disconnect and uninstall

Merchants can disconnect a provider without uninstalling AdsBro. Uninstall disables the app and begins the deletion process described in the AdsBro privacy notice. Removing AdsBro also removes AdsBro extension output without requiring theme-file cleanup; it does not remove markup or tracking owned by other apps.

Availability and acceptable use

BroFam works to operate AdsBro reliably but does not promise uninterrupted availability or specific commercial outcomes. Merchants must not attempt cross-merchant access, disclose hosted-feed URLs or credentials, bypass consent or security controls, submit unlawful or deceptive data, or use the service to send unauthorized conversions. BroFam may restrict a capability to protect merchants, customers, Shopify, providers, or the service.
